The house has a terraced garden with many decorative Mediterranean plants and 15 cultivated olive trees, 2 of which are very old and beautiful, possible harvesting and production of olive oil.
All the terraces around the house are covered with a beautiful red-brown wooden structure and a roof made of red tiles. Behind the house there is a barbecue area with covered seating.
There is parking for three cars in front of the house.
