Hotel complex in a unique location, first row to the sea - Kaštel Stari iro-1208

This wonderful hotel is the first hotel-tourist complex in Kaštela built in 1928. in accordance with the highest European standards of that time.
The hotel is located in the middle of the attractive coast of Kaštela Bay, in the town of Kaštel Stari, in a populated part of the city of Kaštela, only 20 km from Split and 5 km from Split Airport.

The hotel is located in the middle of a beautiful park full of Mediterranean plants, which is connected to the public road by a cypress alley.

The area of ​​the entire complex is 36,425 m2 and requires adequate reconstruction in order to return it to its former glory.

The main building of the hotel has an area of ​​3690 m2 with a current capacity of 210 units.
The spatial urban plan allows for the expansion of the building, and the potential accommodation capacity is 410 units.

On the south side, the hotel is connected to the Kaštela Riviera by a 6 km long promenade with beautiful coves and beaches shaded by pine and tamarisk trees.
Throughout history, the hotel has been upgraded several times, in which the previous phases of construction were evaluated, and it is one of the most successful examples of tourist architecture of that time on the Croatian coast.
In 2006, the entire complex was registered in the register of cultural assets of the Republic of Croatia.
