The terrace is connected to the sunbathing area and the heated swimming pool, creating a beautiful intimate space created for quality rest and relaxation.

The villa was built according to the highest standards of energy efficiency, combining the latest technological achievements with traditional construction using natural materials.
In the construction, a block of bricks and thermal insulation with a thickness of 10 cm were used, as well as another wall built with natural stone with a thickness of 15 cm, with a total wall thickness of 55 cm. Windows, doors and shutters are made of oak with three-layer IZO-glass, filled with gas and UV protection.
It is luxuriously equipped with custom-made appliances and oak furniture. An alarm system and video surveillance were installed. Sanitary water is heated using solar panels with a 300-liter water tank that can also be heated using electric heaters.
In the yard there is parking for a total of 3 vehicles and a landscaped garden with Mediterranean herbs and olives and a wooden house that serves as a storage room.
The villa can be used throughout the year, as well as for tourist rental. Because of everything it offers, it is an excellent investment.
